Return & Refund Policy – Gigi’s Boutique Pensacola

At Gigi’s Boutique Pensacola, we want you to love your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully before initiating a return.


Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Items must be in original packaging

  • Items must be in resellable condition as new

  • No stains, odors, pet hair, makeup marks, or damage

  • Tags (if applicable) must be attached

  • Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

Any item that does not meet these requirements will be refused and returned to the customer.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Accessories, undergarments, or personal care items

  • Items marked “Final Sale”


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

  • Gigi’s Boutique Pensacola is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages


Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection

  • Shipping costs are not refunded

If an item is returned in unacceptable condition, no refund will be issued.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item following this policy and place a new order.
